Adult Faith Formation Opportunities

Have you thought about becoming Catholic?

Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA)

Are you or someone you know interested in being initiated into the Catholic Church? The Rite of Christian   Initiation of Adults (RCIA) is the process by which individuals, who have reached the age of reason (6 years of age or older), are initiated into the Catholic Church. It is a journey of conversion to see Jesus more clearly, love him more dearly and follow him more nearly, day by day and encounter him through the grace of the Sacraments of Baptism, Confirmation and Eucharist, which sustain us in our lifelong journey of discipleship.

There is an adapted process for those who have been baptized in another Christian faith tradition or those who were baptized Catholic but have not received any formation.

If you have questions or would like more information please contact Deacon Binh-Yen at: Binh-Yen.Nguyen@dor.org
